I'm Scarlett Jebara, a UX designer and researcher currently halfway through my Master’s in User Experience at HEC Montréal. My journey started in interior and graphic design, where I loved helping ideas take visual shape. Over time, I became more curious about the people behind the screens—their needs, challenges, and experiences.
That curiosity brought me to UX. Today, my work focuses on inclusive design and ethical AI. Through my research, I’m developing the CEAUX framework, which explores how digital systems can better support people from diverse cultural backgrounds and those living with disabilities.
I'm exploring how AI can help make public services more inclusive and accessible. This site shares my design work and research journey toward more human-centered technology.
